Objections and Questions
"Will people actually be honest with an outsider in the room?" More honest, usually. I'm neutral, confidential, and I've spent years doing this work with meaningful results.
“How is this different from other leadership training?” This is for real life, especially when you’re managing crisis after crisis. You learn how to stay steady, repair relationships when they break, and hold space without losing yourself. Also, this gives energy back.
“What makes it effective?” It’s tested in real settings with real teams. It supports you at three levels at once: nervous system (regulation), relationships (repair), and team culture (how people work together).
“What if this doesn’t work?” This is not a business interaction. It’s a partnership that we want to work. If you feel like Shine Together isn’t a good fit for you or doesn’t deliver, just let us know anytime within 30 days, and we’ll refund your purchase.

Here’s what I do
Usually, I meet teams who treasure their work but are burning out, avoiding hard conversations, or losing some of their best people, and I help them fix it. I really look at each person and sense things about how hard-working they are, how capable they are, and try to meet the team where they’re at with each person in mind. My credentials include:
Certified Mediator (Oregon State, since 2018) - I don't just talk about conflict. I sit in the middle of it and help resolve it.
Two master's degrees in Conflict & Dispute Resolution and Community & Regional Planning, plus a doctorate in Educational Leadership in progress.
Led people & culture for organizations serving hundreds and grew survivor reach by 50% (meaning 600+ people a year).
Ran a division supporting neurodivergent college students, supporting a team of 15.
A decade in some of the hardest rooms there are - disability services, domestic-violence response, education, NGOs, youth development, and social services.
I got trained, credentialed, and battle-tested specifically so I could help turn things around. I can teach your team tools, language, structure - all of it.
But the moment two people genuinely can't stand each other, and it’s hurting the team, is where I lean in. I don't flinch - I stay in it with you until it's repaired.
